Maps in scale 1:2000 numbered like a similar 1: 5000 scale maps, splitting it into four parts - one sheet identified by the letters A, Б, В, Г (A, B, V, G); for example 64-A. Each map in scale of 1:2000 shows area 1x1 km, sheet size - 50 cm x 50 cm (borderless). Content items represented in one color - in black. Relief displayed by contours. On margins presented relatively poor information: map creator / developer Главное управление геодезии и картографии при Совете министров СССР (Main Geodesy and Cartography Board under the USSR Council of Ministers), referred to the coordinate system (Local), displayed the territory administrative dependence, map sheet number, the manufacturer (Company No.5), scale, height system, year of survey.
